Research Interest

My main research activity is the study of complex fluids by using multicomponent lattice Boltzmann numerical simulations. The fascinating aspects of these model systems are their flexibility in moving across multiple scales (microscopic, mesoscopic and macroscopic) and the large variety of explored physical phenomena. The study of the role of wetting dynamics in catalysis is a very intriguing part of this scenario.
