Research Interests:
- Development of novel stable cation-exchange and anion-exchange ionomer polymers
- Development of novel highly stable cation-exchange and anion-exchange (blend) membranes with an improved and tailor-made property profile using methods such as casting, electrospinning, spray-coating etc.
- Application of the ionomers and ionomer membranes in electrochemical processes such as H2 fuel cells, direct fuel cells (DMFC etc.), electrolysis, and redox-flow batteries
