Research Interest

The hydrogenation of liquid organic hydrogen carriers (LOHCs) using electrocatalysis is a promising way to create a zero CO2 economy. Through the hydrogenation of LOHCs, these fuels can be regenerated and once again be used as fuel. As a part of this the acetone/isopropanol couple is investigated to improve and develop a highly efficient electrocatalytic hydrogenation process.
