Proton exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE) has attracted attention as hydrogen production tool for energy production in the future. Porous transport layer (PTL) is one of the main components to assemble PEMWE. PTL and its interaction behaviour with other components in PEMWE play important roles to determine the final behaviour of PEMWE. To improve the efficiency of the cell, PTL's structure has to be optimized. In my research work, this optimization will be done by modeling cooperated with digital design porous strucutres.
